We run 12 extrusion lines here, so we can knock out round pipes form Φ3mm up to Φ70mm in PC, PMMA, or even PVC if you're doing non-waterpoof slots, and the surface finish options are transparent, opalescent, or frosted—basically whatever gives you the right light spread without glare.
For the YY-2116 model, we've got standard dies ready to go for most common sizes, and what that means for you is a sample lead time of about 7-10 days or so, though production time obviously scales with order volume and any custom profile work.
One thing that catches people off guard is that we do 100% inspection on finished products, which is tighter than some competitors, but it also means our company can flag a batch if the opalescent finish isn't uniform—better to know upfront than have a whole shipment rejected.
