Bulk Order Custom Plastic Extrusion Molds for TPE TPU TPR Rubber Tubes and Rods

We run 12 extrusion machines in-house, so high-volume runs are standard for us—but we also take small orders, which isn't common for most shops. Diameters range from Φ3mm to Φ70mm for tubes and rods, and we can do profiles, sheets, strips, covers, or sleeves in materials like PC, PVC, ABS, PP, TPR, TPU, TPE, PS, PETG, PMMA, or HDPE. Surfce finish options are transparent, opalescent, or frosted, basically whatever you need for the look or light diffusion.

Most buyers go with the 10mg, but that's for a different product—here, it's about the tolerances and consistency across batches. We test each run with HPLC and check against the COA before shipping, and if something's off, our company have a straightforward retest policy. It's not perfect for every application, like high-temp continuous use above 80°C for some TPR blends, but for standard LED lighting profiles or rubber seals, it's solid.

Sample lead time is usually 7-10 days, give or take a few depending on material availability. We keep a stock of standard extrusion dies for common round pipes and strips, so you might not even need a new mold—just confirm the cross-section. OEM/ODM service is availble for labels and packaing, though we typically handle that after initial order.

What it does is maintain batch-to-batch consistency better than reagent-grade for most custom profiles, which matters when you're running a production line and can't afford drift. Certifications include RoHS, CE, and ISO, and our company provide the SDS and TDS with each shipment. One thing buyers don't always think to ask: our company can do frosted finishes on TPE and TPU without losing flexibility, but not on rigid PVC—that's just a material limitation.

Anyway, the MOQ is flexible, so you can start with a small trial run before committing to volume. We usually have stock on standard sizes, but confirm lead time for custom molds—it's about 20 days or so for a new die.
