Most buyers use these for LED lighting housings where you need a tough, heat-resistant shell that won't yellow under UV, and we've done runs for everything from warehose strips to retail display fixtures—just don't expect it to work for high-temp environments above 80°C or so.
The dimensions are 138x80x111mm, give or take, and our company can tweak logo or color to match your brand, but the real win is that we've got 12 extrusion lines running round pipes form Φ3 to Φ70mm, so we can handle high volume without breaking a sweat.
We keep a stock of standerd dies for common profiles, which means you might skip the tooling cost entirely—check lead time though, as custom molds can take 20 days or so.
Every piece gets 100% inspection before shipping, and we've got RoHS and CE certs on file, but what it does is cut your rejection rate compared to cheaper suppilers who only spot-check.
Anyway, the MOQ is flexible—we've done orders as low as 500 units for startups—and we'll send a sample for a fee so you can test fitment before committing to a full run.
