Basically you're getting a clamp that actually holds under vibration and thermal cycling—the 51CRV4 spring steel gives it real memory, so it doesn't just loosen off after a few heat cycles like cheaper carbon steel bands do.

zinc-aluminun coating (Dacromet process) is what sets it apart for corrosive environments; we've seen these outlast plain zinc-plated clamps by 300 hours or so in salt spray testing, and teh silver finish is just a bonus—it hides scratches better than black.

Nominal diameter runs 13-47mm with a clamping range from 14.2 up to 50mm DN, which covers most standdard hose and pipe sizes you'd see in heavy-duty rigs—think agricultural sprayers or hydraulic return lines. Band width is fixed at 12mm, thickness varies form 0.8mm to 2.1mm depending on the size you order.
Most buyers go with the 1.5mm thickness for general use—it's a sweet spot between flexibility and bite—but if you're clamping thick-walled silicone hose, the 0.8mm version actually conforms better without crushing the liner.

Bulk orders typically ship within 15 working days or so, but we usually have stock for runs under 500 pieces—just confirm lead time if you're pushing past that. MOQ is 200 units for standard sizes, and we'll send COA with every batch; the Dacromet process adds about 2 weeks to normal production compared to plain zinc plating.

Not ideal for food-grade or potable water lines—the coating isn't certified for that, and you'd want stainlss 304 or 316 for those application anyway.
That's the hose outer diameter range it's designed to fit. The delivery diameter is 12-41.5mm, so when the clamp arrives, it's sized to slip onto hoses within that smaller range before you tighten it down.
Right now, we only offer silver and black for this model. If you need a custom color, we can discuss it for larger orders, but it would require a minimum quantity and lead time adjustment.
We can provide a material test certificate for the 51CRV4 steel and a coating thickness report for the zinc-aluminum layer. If you need something specific like a salt spray test result, just let us know—we can include it with the shipment.
MOQ is 1000 pieces for standard sizes and colors. Lead time is typically 15-20 working days after order confirmation. For nonstandard specs, we'll need a bit more time and the MOQ might go up.
Keep them in a dry, ventilated area, preferably in their original packaging. Avoid stacking heavy items on top to prevent deformation. The coating is durable, but moisture can affect it over time if stored improperly.
