MOQ is 1000 pieces, production takes about 25 days give or take, and we pack each one in a polybag then into export cartons — the PP cotton filling holds shape pretty well during shippng, though I'd suggest a test run if you're doing a custom size below 20 cm.
CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, REACH — all that paperwork's already in place, so you're covered for age 3-8 years and child-safe materials, but it's not suitable to infants under 3 because the stitching on the beard can be a choking hazard if pulled loose.
You'll get a COA with every batch showing HPLC and non-toxic results, though we don't typically test for flame retardancy unless you specifically request it — just flag that early in the order.
Anyway, when you place an order we send a pre-production sample for approval first, then run teh full 1000 units, and the HS code's 9503002100 for customs clearance, which is pretty standdard for plush toys worldwide.
Our MOQ is 1000 pieces per design. If you need a smaller batch, we can sometimes negotiate, but 1000 is the standard starting point for custom orders.
Standard production is 25 days after sample approval. We can speed it up for an extra fee, but 25 days is the default timeline for quality control.
