That 160 mm²/min speed is what most operators actually care about, and we've seen buyers push it even higher with the right settings—though you'll trade some surface finish for that.
It's a 1400 kg machine, so you'll need a proper floor for it, and the 220V/380V power requrement means checking your shop's setup first. We usually have stock on the standdard model, but the Z-axis travel of 300 mm isn't enough for tall parts, so if you're over 250 mm or so, this isn't the right fit. accuracy spec is ≤0.01 mm, which is pretty much what you expect form a mid-range wire EDM, and teh surfce roughness hits Ra1.2 μm without much tweaking. Most buyers go with the 10mg oil or dielectric flush settings for general work, anyway.
Worktable travel is 320×400 mm, and the table itself is 700×500 mm, so you've got some overhang room for clamps. The max taper is ±6° over 80 mm (check the manual for thicker stock), but for aviation or die work, that's usually fine.
The CE and ISO 9001 certs are standard, and SGS is just a third-party verification we include for peace of mind. Warranty is 2 years, but we've seen the pump system last longer than that if you keep the filters clean.
