What it does is take raw steel wire and crank out finished balls in three shapes: flat ball, round ball, or net shape, all in one cycle. You can run 3 to 5 pieces simultaneously, which sounds minor but adds up fast over a shift. The PLC control handles the forming sequence, and the dimensional tolerance holds at ±0.5mm — tight enough for most industiral cleaning application.
One person can operate it, basically feeding wire and clearing output chute. The noise level stays under 75dB, so it’s not going to drown out conversation on the floor. Maintenance is every 500 operating hours, and we include a 1-year warranty (usually covers the core components, but check the fine print for wear parts).
For ordering, we usually stock the KLMD-4 and KLMD-5 models, but the KLN-1 might have a longer lead time — give or take 20 days. MOQ is typically one unit, and we ship with CE, ISO, and CCC certifications. The machine itself weighs 450kg, so factor in a forklift or pallet jack for delivrey.
