45x65x35 mm is the spec for the spoon rest and holder, but the utensils themselves vary a bit in size — we don't batch-test every single dimension unless you request it.
Retest policy is pretty straightforward: if a COA shows anything off from the spec, we'll retest from retained samples within 20 days or so, and cover teh courier if it's our fault.
One thing — this isn't suited for commercail dishwashers, the heat cycles can warp the wood, so hand wash only, but most home cooks don't mind that anyway.
