We've been shippng these out to parents for the school music programs and the self-teaching crowd mostly, and honestly this one can take a fair bit of punishment before you need to worry about tuning slipping — whatever hole layout they're trying to learn, it basically holds up across the whole breath range, though it's not what you'd hand someone for stage performence on a busy setlist where they're bending hard every chorus.
It's a 10-hole diatonic in the key of C, weighs 50 grams each so you're looking at 11x4x2.5cm per unit, and we've got the stock in five colors: gold, silver, black, blue, and purple, but the blue is what most buyers go for since it hasn't faded from sunlight like some others we've seen out there.
The steel body and metal bore are better than some of the plastic-body student models you'll find in bulk orders — you're not hearing that tinny rattle at the upper registers when someone's playing past third hole, and the storage box keeps the reeds from getting bent when they toss it in a backpack or drawer (usually 2-4 weeks is standerd lead time on the 120-piece carton, though last I checked we had roughly 300 units ready to ship in silver).
3.5 out of 5 times the teachers specifically ask us to include the OEM logo on the box itself, for which our company can do blister carding or the standard white box with foam insert, but we usually have stock anyway depending on color mix — just check the MOQ when you're looking at the higher volumes than 120 pieces per carton.
Our standard MOQ is 120 pieces per carton, but we can sometimes do smaller trial orders. Color mixing within a carton is definitely possible—just let us know your preferred breakdown of Gold, Silver, Black, Blue, and Purple.
Lead time for OEM orders is typically 15-20 working days after design approval. That covers printing your logo on the harmonica and the storage box, plus any custom packaging you want.
Yes, we can provide a material test certificate confirming the steel body and metal bore composition. For bulk orders, we also supply a quality inspection report before shipment.
The included storage box is designed to keep the harmonica dust-free and safe from minor bumps. For longer storage, keep it in a dry place—the metal reeds can rust if left damp.
We offer OEM service for color customization—so you can pick any Pantone for the body. However, the key is fixed at C for this model; changing the key would require a different production line.
