A lab might be running a 12-week feeding study in diet-induced obese mice, measuring body composition weekly, and they'll reconstitute this with bacteriostatic water to hit exactly 0.5 mg/kg per injection — we've seen that protocol more than a few times now.
We can do custom vial sizes if you're running a larger cohort, so instead of standerd 10mg you could get 20mg or 50mg per vial; just let us know teh concentration you need and we'll adjust the fill accordingly.
It's 99% pure by HPLC, which is pretty much what you'd expect for pharmaceutical grade — the CAS is 2381089-83-2, and we keep our COA on file for every batch, though we usually have stock ready to ship within 20 days or so.
The white powder stores fine at 2-8°C in the dark, but what it doesn't tolerate is freeze-thaw cycles — once reconstituted, it's stable for about a week at that temp, so plan your doses accordingly.
Molecular weight is roughly 4114 g/mol, and we've had some buyers use it for in vitro binding assays too, though honestly it's better suited for in vivo work given the GLP-1 mechanism.
One thing we've noticed handling this — the powder can be a bit electrostatic, so tap the vial gently before opening to avoid losing matrial; most people don't think to ask about that.
