We run every single unit through a 15-minute presure test at full load before it leaves, and motor gets a thermal check at 2.2kW continuous output because that's where cheap machines fail—usually around the 3-month mark.
Every batch gets a random sample pulled for seal integrity testing, and we keep a retest policy that lets you send back any unit within 30 days if it doesn't match the COA (which we issue for each production lot, not just a blanket cert).
