So you're looking at terminals for consistent electrical connections in panel builds or maintenance setups, and the cold pressing process here actually gives you a more uniform grain structure in the copper than stamping would—less micro-cracking under repeated thermal cycling, which matters when you're torquing down on them regularly.

We're running these in 26 to 10 AWG, with the nylon insulation continuous use up to 105°C or so, and the color coding (yellow, red, blue) follows the standard DIN convention so your techs won't have to guess which die to grab.

What you get per bag is 100 pieces, and copper core is electrolytic grade—99.9% pure or better—so conductivity stays tight even at higher current densities, though I'd avoid using these in high-vibration environments without a secondary locking mechanism since the single-hole design doesn't have that anti-rotation feature.

The CE cerification covers the nylon's flammability rating (V-2 typically) and the dielectric strength, but we usually have COAs availble on request if your QA needs to verify the tensile strength after cold pressing—it's roughly 200 N/mm² give or take depending on the batch.

Storage is pretty straightforward: keep them in the original bag away from direct sunlight, and teh nylon won't degrade for a couple years at least, though high humidity can cause slight surface oxidation on the copper if the bag's left open.

Anyway, when ordering just specify the AWG range and color, and our company can do custom branding on the label if that's your thing—lead time is usually 20 days or so for standard runs, but confirm if you need a rush.
