Got a stubborn pressure washer gun that leaks after a few months or can't handle frequent use? We've sent out quite a few of these BCW-FC600 units—they mix brass components where it actually matters with a reinforced plastic housing to keep weight down and cost manageable.

Works up to 3200 Psi (that's 220 bar) and handles max 60°C water—fine for most cold-water setups, but don't push it with hot water above that, the plastic housing won't like it at all. Adjustable spray from 0° to 40°, so you can go from tight blast to wider fan without swapping tips, and the foam consumption dial is pretty straightforward.

Foam lance comes with a 250ml or 1000ml bottle depending on your needs (usually the 750ml is best middle ground for most buyers—enough foam for a car wash or patio cleaning without refilling mid-job). The chemcial compatibilty is decent for typical detergents, but it's not suited for heavy solvents or continuous industiral acid use.

Warranty runs one year, but skip the mesh filter—that's excluded, they wear out fast anyway and cost pennies to replace. COA's available per batch if you need it, and we usually stock the 750ml and 1000ml versions ready to ship.

Anyway, OEM/ODM is possible—we've done custom bottles and different spray tips for bulk orders, but MOQ is about 500 units or so for those tweaks. Lead time from Zhejiang is roughly 20 days once confirmed, we always run a quick pressrue test before shippng, so very few come back with issues.
It can handle up to 60°C or 140°F, so stick to cold or warm water; hot water above that could damage the plastic housing.
We don't have a strict MOQ for custom orders—just reach out with your specs, and we'll work out the details based on your volume.
The 1-year warranty covers the gun itself, but the mesh filter is excluded since it's a wear part—check it regularly and replace if clogged.
You can choose from 250ml, 300ml, 550ml, 750ml, or 1000ml bottles—just let us know which size you need when ordering.
It's built to handle most standard cleaning solutions, but we always recommend testing a small batch first to avoid any chemical reactions with the plastic or brass parts.
