base on what you sent over, I’m ordering these specifically for the heavy-duty pipe clamp models in Q235B — it’s a solid choice for power line support where you need decent tensile strength without over-specifying on cost.
We usually have stock on the 5"/6" and 8"/9" sizes, but the 10"/11" is the one most buyers go with for standard pole connections, and it’s welded to AWS D1.1 so the joints hold up under load.
Basically, they’re galvanized iron G-clamps — not for fine adjustment work or glass appliction despite what sheet says, but for pipe clamps in outdoor utility runs, they’ll last 20 years or so on the galvanization alone.
One thing I’d flag: teh Q195 grade is availble but honestly doesn’t hold up as well in wind-load scenarios, so I skipped that model — we’re getting Q235B with hot-dip galvanized suface, which is better than reagent-grade stuff for this use.
MOQ is 50 pieces per size, and they normally ship within 2-3 weeks — we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you’re on a tight schedule.
Color is silver white by default, and the HS code is 7326909000 — I can send the COA form their batch test if you need it before invoicing.
