If you're hooking up a coolant line on a packaing machine that gets swapped out every other week, this is clamp you grab. We've seen it used a lot in food processing plants where downtime actually costs money, and the quick release mechanism saves a solid 3-4 minutes per changeover compared to a standard worm drive.
Bandwidth is 9mm on these, which is narrower than teh 12mm you see on heavy-duty clamps, but it's actually better for smaller hoses where wide band would just bunch up. Sizes run form a tiny 16-27mm all the way up to 25-750mm, so you'll find one that fits. The head is round, and the suggested torque is 2.6Nm (we usually tell guys to just snug it by hand, honestly). Material options are W1 which is zinc plated steel throughout, or W2 which uses AISI 430 stainles steel for the band with zinc plated hardware — better for occasional moisture exposure but not for constant submersion.
They meet DIN and GB standerd, and we've got ISO, TUV, BSCI, and IATF certs on file if your compliance team asks. One thing though — these are really meant for industrial hose connections, not for automotive coolant hoses under the hood where you need constant spring tension. The quick release is a lever-action design, so it's faster than a screw clamp but it doesn't self-adjust like a spring clamp would. Most buyers go with the W1 unless they're dealing with washdown environments.
MOQ is usually 100 pieces, but our company can split sizes across that — 20 of this range, 30 of that, whatever works. Stock is typically available, but confirm lead time on the larger sizes (over 400mm) as those are made to order, usually 2-3 weeks.
The SFS02 covers from 16-27mm all the way up to 25-750mm, so you can pick the range that fits your hose diameter closely. Just measure your hose's outer diameter and match it to the nearest size range for a secure fit.
Yes, we offer a W2 option made from AISI 430 stainless steel if you need better corrosion resistance. The standard W1 version is zinc plated steel, which works well for most industrial applications.
