What really sets them apart is that triangular strut design — it bites into the pipe connection with way less pivot than those stamped L-brackets you'll find floating around — and the 3.9 by 13 millimeter tapping screws included mean you don't need to pre-drill for most steel surfaces, which saves time when you're working overhead.
We've got the IS09001 and IATF16949 paperwork ready if your QA needs it, but the COA from the batch usually covers what most shops look for anyway — the purity on the 316 is tighter than some of the castings we've tested from other sources, so the rust resistance holds up better in variable pH runs.
One thing though — these hooks aren't really designed for hanging loads on moving pipe sections, it's more for static line support where you need corrosion resistnce without guessing about the long-term material performance, and we've got a range of polished finishes from basic 304 right up to the high-polish 316 you see in food-safe areas.
So packaging is just plastic bags inside cartons unless you ask for barcode stickers or specify customs-ready labeling, but teh price per unit drops pretty noticeably once you push past the first 50 or so pieces.
316 stainless steel has added molybdenum, so it offers better corrosion resistance in harsh environments like saltwater or chemical exposure. 304 is fine for most water, oil, and gas applications. Just let us know which one you need for your project.
