We see a lot of guys come to us after struggling with cheaper imported fittings that just don't hold up past 3000 PSI or so, and these are a straight upgrade for that kind of work—medium carbon steel with a galvanized finish, rated up to 5000 PSI on the BSP parallel thread, so you're not chasing leaks every few weeks.
They're really for indutrial hydraulic systems where you need something that doesn't corrode out in six months and that's what the ISO 9001 cert backs up, and the temperature range is -20°C to 120°C so you're covered for most shop floor or outdoor setups.
Thread's BSP male, round head style, and it's DIN, JIS, and Metric standard all in one fitting, which is actually better than stocking three separate SKUs if you're dealing with mixed European or Asian equipement. 5. Lead time is 25-30 days typically, but we've had occasional hiccups—confirm before you lock in a big order.
What we do differently is we batch-test the galvanizing thickness (usually 8-12 microns) so you don't get pinhole rust after a season, and our pricing beats most DIN-spec distributors because we're not adding a middleman markup on the carbon steel stock.
One thing they're not great for is food-grade or high-temp steam lines (above 120°C the galvanizing can degrade), but for general hydraulic pressure and fluid transfer they're pretty much standdard choice.
A lot of buyers don't think to ask, but the hex on the round head is 22mm for the 1/4" size—so verify your wrench clearance before ordering if you're working in tight manifolds.

We pack them in sealed plastic bags inside corrugated cartons, with foam layers between each layer to prevent thread damage. For large orders, we use wooden pallets.
