Load capacty runs from 0.2T up to 3T depending on the size you order, and the working temperture range is -20°C to 400°C, so it's fine for both frozen storage areas and hot industrial environments (usually no problem for most users). 10mm eye diameter is common for the 1T version, but check the spec sheet for exact dimensions.
We mostly ship these to marine workshops and construction sites, but they also get used for overhead lifting in warehouses where corrosion matters more than raw strength. The removable safety latch is handy if you're swapping between different shackles or chains regularly.
304 stainlss is better than zinc-plated steel for wet conditions, though it won't hold as much weight as a forged alloy hook at the same size—that's just the trade-off. Bright silver finish means it's easy to spot cracks or wear during inspections, which most buyers appreciate.
MOQ is 50 pieces per size, and we keep 200 units or so in stock for teh 0.5T and 1T versions. Custom eye diameters or latch styles take about 20 days or so, and CE certification documents come with every batch.
Anyway, what it does is it spins freely under load without binding, and machined surface actually feels smoother than the cast hooks you'll find cheaper. We don't recommend it for continuous submersion in seawater beyond 48 hours.
