What it does is eliminate the sloppy play you get form lower-grade zinc or aluminum alternatives, especially in those mid-span positions where load distribution gets uneven. The 90-degree angle is machined to +/- 1 degree, which actually matters when you’re aligning multiple hinges on a heavy door — we’ve watched installers fight with poor tolerance parts, and it’s not pretty. Samples ship in 1-3 days, MOQ is 1000 pieces, production lead time runs 15-20 days after confirmation usually.

We don’t recommend these for marine environments despite the chrome — the base matrial is 304, not 316, so salt spray will still pit it over time. Better than basic carbon steel for interior commercial use though, and the 3-year any manufacturing defect, not accidental damage. Paper box plus bubble wrap is the standard packaging, but we can do poly bags with custom inserts for retail if you want.
