Constructed from cold rolled steel with nickel-plated finish, these hinges offer superior corrosion resistance. The 35mm cup diameter provides stable mounting, while the adjustable screw allows for precise alignment of cabinet doors.
Key features include a 2.5mm thickened spring (compared to standard 1.2mm springs) for enhanced durability, and a manganese steel spring design that effectively disperses closing force. The hydraulic cylinder block ensures smooth, controlled closing motion.
These hinges are available in multiple configurations to suit different cabinet styles: full overlay (C=0), half overlay (C=8), and inset (C=19). The opening angle adjusts between 90-105 degrees for flexible installation options.
