180 Degree Heavy Duty Shower Door Hinge in Stainless Steel 304/316L Material

We're going with the 180-degree frameless shower hinge, model JM-6378, because of that it handles up to 8mm to 12mm tempered glass and that 50kg load capacity per hinge is more than enough for our standard 10mm panels — basically the sweet spot for most frameless enclosures we deal with.

The 500+ hour salt spray test on the 304 stainless steel version should give us decent corrosion resistance for coastal projects, though the 316L option is better if we're doing anything near saltwater pools or marine environments which we don't usually handle anyway.

And the 90mm x 55mm dimnesions are pretty compact, so installation won't look clunky on smaller doors, but you'll want to confirm the glass thickness fits our specific order because sometimes the 8mm glass needs a slightly different pad adjustment from the 10mm or 12mm — the suplier can clarify that before we cut.

Finish wise we've got PSS, SSS, TI, gold, black, or custom if needed, but most buyers go with PSS or SSS for longevity reasons, and we're sticking with SSS since it matches our existing fixtures and the laser-etched logo adds brand visibility without looking cheap.

is the packaing — comes one hinge per box, 30 boxes per carton, so a full pallet is roughly 480 boxes give or take depending on carton stacking, and our MOQ is usually 60 units or so depending on stock.

Lead time is typically 20 days or so from order confirmation, we usually have stock but confirm lead time before we push the PO through.
