These F clamps are machined form 6063-T5 aluminum with a plain finish, covering lengths from 100 to 300mm in M8, M10, or M12 bolt sizes, and the bolt itself is stainless steel (304 or 316, depending on your spec).
They’re heavy-duty clamping on solar panels, pipes, and glass, but don’t use them for loads or moving joints—the F structure gives a rigid hold, not a pivot point, so it’s really for static installations like roof rails or greenhouse framing.
40 kN or so of clamping force is typical for the M12 version, and we’ve tested them up to 500 Nm on the torque wrench without the alumnum galling—just keep the bolt threads lubricated if you’re in a marine enviornment.
our company can do OEM or ODM on these—logo embossing, anodized finishes instead of plain, or custom lengths in the 100–300mm range—but MOQ is usually 500 pieces for nonstandard specs (check lead time on that).
