Got the H066 hex wrench set here, and we run 40,000 pieces a day through ISO9001 lines, so batch consistency is pretty much a given — every lot gets pulled for torsion and hardness testing before we ship, usually with a COA ready to go if you need it.
Basically, it’s for anyone doing mechancial repair or assembly who needs a mix of metric and SAE sizes from 1.5mm up to 10mm, and teh manual working mode isn’t flashy but it holds up fine on a standard shop floor.
We do a retest policy if the COA doesn’t match what you’re seeing in your own QC, but that’s rare since the electrophoresis coating tends to keep the steel consistent across batches (give or take 2-3 working days for the retest turnaround).
For bulk orders, we quote 7-10 working days lead time, and the MOQ is literally 1 set for a sample order, so you can check the tolerance before committing.
Also, the handle color is customizable if you want it metallic or something else, and packging options are polybag, color box, or hanging case — we’ve seen some buyers prefer the hanging case for retail display, but it’s not necessary for workshop bins.
Not best tool for precision electronics work, though; the 1.5mm size is there, but the coating adds a vague (~0.1mm or so) thickness that might bug you on small screws, so we usually warn folks about that upfront.
You can start with a single set as a sample order—MOQ is just 1 set. For custom handle colors, we'll run that on any order size, but samples are the quickest way to check the color match.
