The color options are basically cosmetic so if you're hiding these inside an assembly, don't pay extra for the anodized finish—a standard zinc-plated steel washer would be cheaper and more appropriate for structural loads.
What it does do well is resist galvanic corrosion when you're mating aluminun components together, and the ±0.3mm tolerance is actually tighter than most stamped steel washers we've tested, though you'll want to check your bolt shaft clearance since anodizing adds roughly 0.01mm to the inner diameter.
We ordered the M10 size in black for a machinery retrofit project, and the ISO9001 cert covers all batches so we don't have to chase individual COAs for each pack; the grade range from 3.6 to 12.9 is mostly irrelevant here since aluminum washers aren't used for load-bearing torque specs anyway.
Size range runs form M4 up to M90, and the M5.4 flat washer option (that's the model number, not the size) is actually a specific variant with a 5.4mm hole for 5mm bolts—handy if you need that extra clearance, but most buyers go with the standard M5 or M6.
Stock was available for samples (usually 2-4 weeks) and the suppiler confirmed they can mix colors in a single order without bumping the MOQ, but don't expect every size to be available in every color since the anodizing line runs in batches.

The anodized coating gives good corrosion resistance, so they hold up well outdoors, but for constant salt spray or chemical exposure, you might want to check the specific grade. The 6061 aluminum alloy is a solid choice for most conditions.
