2.5mm is the smallest we reliably stock in the nickel plated versions, though our company can get down to 1.6mm on order — lead time's usually 10-15 working days for those small runs. The plating holds up better than plain 304 in mild chemical splash, but don't expect it to survive a marine immersion scenario without pitting; 316 base with same treatment is what most buyers go with for shipbuilding. We've seen teh nickel layer start to flake after about 8 months in a coastal salt spray test, just so you know.

DIN125 and DIN9021 are the most common standard we cut to, and the 2507 grade washers (we do those in sizes up to 80mm) handle the high-torque petrochemical appliction better than standard 316 or 2205. ISO and RoHS certs are, and we can provide the SGS or TUV documentation if your QC team needs it — it's typically a PDF within two days of shipment.

What it does is spreads the load on a bolted joint in corrosive environments — the nickel coating lowers galvanic corrosion risk when you're mixing stainless with carbon steel flanges or aluminum frames. We don't recommend the nickel plated version for use with titanium fasteners though; the potential difference there is too high and you'll get accelerated attack on the washer itself.

Free samples are avaliable (usually 2-4 weeks for the plated ones, plain ones ship in 3 days) and you can get custom sizes up to 160mm OD with a MOQ of about 500 pieces for the odd sizes. The A4-80 grade is tighter tolerance than A2-70 on the inner diameter, so check your bolt clearance before ordering.

904L is a special order only — we don't hold stock on that grade and lead time runs 6-8 weeks form our mill partner. But for most petrochem or offshore work, the 2507 with passivation surface treatment is actually better than 904L for stress corrosion cracking resistance in chlorides, and it's cheaper.
Yes, we offer free samples for any material or size, including 2205 with nickel plating. Just let us know the dimensions and quantity you need, and we’ll send them out.
Our MOQ for standard sizes like 1.6mm in 304 is usually 1000 pieces, but we can be flexible for custom orders. Contact us with your specific requirement and we’ll work out a deal.
Absolutely, we hold ISO, RoHS, SGS, and TUV certifications for all our washers, including the 316 grade. We can provide copies of the certificates upon request.
For custom 2507 washers with nickel plating, lead time is typically 2-3 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the quantity and complexity. We’ll confirm the exact timeline when you place the order.
Yes, they’re ideal for shipbuilding due to the corrosion resistance of grades like 316 and 2205. We stock SAE standard sizes and can also customize to meet your specific requirements.
