We've got these in stock right now for most standard sizes form M4 up to M20, so lead time is usually pretty quick—about 5 to 7 working days for the common ones, but custom sizes will take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the batch.
They're basically disc springs or Belleville washers depending on who you ask, and the main thing they do is keep bolts tight under vibration or loads, which is why you see them in elevator fixing, heavy machinery, and mining gear.
Teh material options are carbon steel or stainless steel, and for surface treatment you can go with color plated, galvanized, HDG, or black—most buyers pick galvanized for outdoor stuff, but the black oxide is easier to handle in tight spaces.
One thing we've noticed handling these is that the anti-loose performence really depends on getting the load capacity right for your applicaion; it's not suited for static assemblies where a flat washer would do just fine.
Customization is available, and our company can do non-standard sizes or alternate finishes (like zinc-nickel if you need it), but MOQ is 500 pieces or so for anything outside the standard range.
Packaging is just carton packing for now, and we usually ship via courier for small orders or LTL for larger ones—cold chain isn't needed here, but confirm the shippng timeline if you're on a tight schedule.

For mining equipment outdoors, we recommend HDG (hot-dip galvanized) or black oxide finish for maximum corrosion resistance. Color plated works for indoor use but won't hold up as well in harsh conditions.
We pack them in sturdy cartons with partitions to prevent scratching and tangling. For larger quantities, we can use palletized packaging with shrink wrap—just let us know if you need export-grade packing.
