If you're chasing leaks on high-torque diesel or heavy equiment exhaust systems, the main reason they fail is the clamp can't hold the band tension — we solved that with the O-band geometry.
Body is stainless 304 for corrosion resistnce, or 409 if you're on a budget, carbon steel also works fine for low-heat application. Standard sizes hit 1 3/4" up to 7" diameters, bandwidth is 1.25" out of teh box, but we can go down to 1" with full length customization. Surface finish is natural silver, no coating needed (unless you want it).
What it does basically is distribute clamping force evenly across 360 degrees — no single-point crushing like a U-bolt, which means less distortion on thin-wall tubing. We typically see leak rates drop about 30-40% vs. standard band clamps in field tests. is it's not suited for high-vibration zones on custom headers; the O-band can loosen over time if not torqued to spec.
OEM service is standard — you send a drawing or a sample, we'll run a test batch within 20 days or so. MOQ is 500 pieces, but we've done smaller runs for prototype work (just ask). Capacty is 350k per month, so lead times for bulk orders are usually 3-5 weeks.
Packaging is whatever works for you — cartons or poly bags, our company can add your branding if needed. Freight costs vary by volume, but we ship form a bonded warehouse near port, so customs clearance is pretty much straightforward. We usually have stock on 3", 4", and 5" sizes, but confirm lead time for anything else.
304 stainless gives you the best corrosion resistance for harsh environments, while 409 is more cost-effective and works well for standard exhaust systems. Carbon steel is the budget-friendly option but will rust over time, so it's best for short-term or dry applications.

You can choose cartons or bags with your own labeling or barcodes—just let us know. The natural silver finish on stainless steel holds up well in storage, but carbon steel clamps should be kept in a dry area to avoid rust.
