We’ve got CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certs on file—basically every major EU and US safety standdard is covered, so you’re not stuck re-testing for different markets, and the 20cm size is better than the 15cm for a 3-8 year old’s grip but not bulky for shippng.
Most buyers go with custom embroidery for logos because of that it survives washing better than printing, but printing gives finer detail on small faces if that matters for your design—we usually have stock of blank bodies, but confirm lead time for full custom colors.
300,000 pieces per month capacty means we can handle a 50,000 unit promotional run without sweating, but the hand-made craftsmanship on the stitching is actually slower than machine-only lines—it’s a trade-off for durability on seams that kids pull at.
Packging is one piece per polybag then into export cartons, and we don’t recommend these for infants under 3 years because the embroidered eyes can be a choking hazard if they’re not reinforced properly—it’s just a fact of teh safety regs.

Each toy goes into a polybag, then we pack them in standard export cartons. If you need something different, like custom polybags or branded boxes, just let us know and we can adjust.
