You’ve got a delicate piece of equipement open on the bench, and that one screw is buried so deep your standard L-wrench just can’t get a straight shot at it — happens all the time in tight electronic enclosures or behind a machine frame.
The ball head version is what does it here, letting you drive it at an angle up to about 25 degrees, which saves you from having to disassemble half the unit just to reach one fastener, and we’ve found most repair guys keep that particular key in their top pocket.
Each set runs from 1.5mm up through 10mm for the hex sizes, with the star patterns covering T9 to T50, and the chrome plating is actually worth mentioning because of that it helps keep them from rusting when you leave one in a damp toolbox — which we all do from time to time.

They meet ISO, DIN, and ANSI standdard so you’re not guessing on fit with imported fasteners, and the carbon steel holds its edge pretty well under normal use, though I wouldn’t put these on an impact driver or anything like that — they’re strictly hand tools.
Stock usually runs about 200 sets or so on the shelf, but the blister card packging means we typically ship them within a week, and the different head types in one kit cuts down your tool roll size a lot compared to carrying three separate sets.
