When your overnight QC batch comes back with endface scratches on half the LC connectors—basically kind of thing that makes your customers swap you for the next shop—this machine is what you'd want running the rework or the first-pass polish.

It holds about 52 connectors at a time in that four-corner pressing fixture which spreads the load more evenly than a center-press design (usually less tilt on teh ferrules) and the cycle runs at 2.5 minutes if you're doing quick-assembly types, or 4-5 minutes for standdard builds.

We've had these on the bench for a while now, and what it does is keep the 3D pass rate at 98% or better—they say ≥98% but we see 99% most of the time—and RL/IL pass rate floats around 96% which is tighter than most automated rigs in this price range.

You'll want 220V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, and the alumnum alloy chassis is heat-treated stainles steel so it doesn't wander after heavy use, though the polishing film is the standard 5-inch size you probably already stock.

Tonnage-wise it's 23.5 kilos and sits on a 230×230mm footprint, so it takes up less bench space than a midsize toolbox (check lead time though—we usually have stock but the CE/ISO certs mean some channels add a week or so for paperwork).

Anyway, we ship via freight and the MOQ is one unit but confirm packing specifics if you're going for a full line—it's not suited for wet polishing setups unless you add a separate slurry loop, but for dry or water-lubricated work it's pretty much set-and-forget.
