We've got a compact steel-and-plastic unit that hits about 45mm across—small enough for a kid's grip, loud enough for a road bike in traffic.
CE and BSCI certified, with a 1-year warranty on mechanism; we usually stock yellow, blue, green, and red in 500-piece cartons. The bell itself uses a spring-loaded striker against a steel dome, so the tone is higher-pitched than a brass horn—better for through wind noise on a mountain bike actually.
72 hours of salt spray testing on the steel dome before any pitting shows up, and the plastic base holds up to about -10°C before getting brittle. What it does is give you a clean ring that carries maybe 30 meters in open air, but don't expect it to work after a full winter of road salt exposure—that's just reality with mixed-matrial construction.
OEM is pretty straightforward here: we'll print your logo on the dome (pad print, minimum 1000 units), or swap the plastic color to match a corporate palette. Most buyers go with the standard colors though, since teh MOQ for custom is higher and lead time jumps to 25 days or so.
500pcs per standdard carton, each bell in its own polybag, and HS code 83061000 clears customs without drama. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time for orders over 10 cartons—the plastic injection molds run in batches and we don't hold more than 2000 units at once.
