We run every unit through a minimum of 30 minutes of full-load cycle testing before it leaves — 120N.m tightening and 140N.m removal at 3400rpm. The brushless motor means there’s less heat buildup, so you don’t see that torque drop-off after a few bolts that most brushed drivers suffer from. Usually 2-4 weeks for a production run, but we can also pull from our stock for smaller quantities if you're in a pinch.
Our batch consistency is pretty tight on these, actually — we pull random samples form each 500-unit lot and verify the impact rate hits 3000ipm. Give or take a few percent on torque readings, we’ve had less than 0.5% failure across last year’s runs. COAs are issued with every order, but if you want HPLC data on the lubricant used in the motor, we’ll do it on request (adds maybe 3 days to the QC process).
The common thing most buyers ask about is that 1500mAh battery — it’s enough for about 80-100 fasteners per charge at average load. What it does is keep teh overall tool weight down to 0.95kg, so your guys don’t get arm fatigue, but it’s not built for all-day continuous use without a spare battery. We recommend grabbing a second one if you’re in tight spots or running clustered work.
Anyway, if you need a retest on a specific batch before shipment, our company can arrange that at cost — basically we’ll send video of the specific test sequence you want. Just confirm which torque range and speed condition you’re targeting, because we’ll push it harder than the standerd protocol if needed.
Our MOQ is 200 units per model for the first order. We can adjust that down a bit for repeat orders, just let us know your volume.
We can provide CE, FCC, and RoHS certificates. If you need specific testing reports for torque or battery performance, we can share those too upon request.
This 12V model with 120N.m is best for passenger car and light truck tire changes, not heavy-duty rigs. For bigger jobs, you'd want our 20V high-torque version.
With the 0.45A output charger, a full charge takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. The battery has a charge indicator so you can check the level.
We pack it in a color gift box with foam insert for retail, but we can switch to bulk cartons if you're stocking shelves and want to save on freight costs.
