One of our guys on the floor was fighting a seized lug nut on an old tractor chassis for twenty minutes until I showed him the 450N.m setting on this — it basically broke it loose in three seconds flat, and he actually laughed.
The brushless motor is the main reason we ordered this over the cheaper brushed options; at max torque, it draws about 20% less power, so you get maybe 30-40 minutes of continuous run time form a 4.0Ah pack, which is decent for a heavy set of bolts, but don't expect miracles if you're hammering all day — the key thing is the three speed settings give you control for delicate work like interior trim without stripping threads.
We ordered it for automotive repair shops and farm equiment maintenance, but honestly, the 1/2" square drive and 3300 bpm impact rate mean most buyers doing trailer assembly or industrial shelving instalation will get a lot of mileage out of it too; just keep in mind it's not ideal for precision electronics or fine assembly since the low speed still hits about 1400 rpm, so you'll need a manual driver for that.
It came with a single 20V battery from the supplier — we usually get the 2.0Ah pack, but can request 4.0Ah if you need longer runtime — and the packaging wasn't branded heavily, which worked for private-labeling for a client who wanted only 50 units with their logo on teh housing.
The LED work light is actually bright enough to see under an engine bay at night, but one thing that caught me off guard was weight: just about 1.0 kg for the bare tool, which feels lighter than most impact wrenches I've handled, so users don't get tired as quickly.
(Check lead time for bulk orders — the suplier usually stocks them at 100 unit increments, but custom packaging or battery configurations add 20 days or so to arrival, which our company can work with for a medium-batch production run.)

The 450N.m maximum torque is a tool spec, independent of battery capacity. Both 2.0Ah and 4.0Ah 20V lithium-ion packs will deliver that torque, but the 4.0Ah gives longer runtime under heavy use.

Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation and payment. If you need it faster, we can check our current stock — we sometimes keep a small batch ready.
We can adjust the chuck size for larger orders, but the standard 1/2" drive is what we keep in production. Minimum quantity for a custom chuck would be 200 units.
