Our CNC Electronic Edge Finder is engineered for precision machining applications in manufacturing environments. The tool features high-quality steel construction with photoelectric and photoelectric buzzer detection capabilities, available in both inch and metric models.
The assembly process is straightforward: simply insert the collet groove into the eccentric ring of the clamping nut at the mark on the nut's bottom. Push the collet in the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place, then screw the nut with collet onto the toolholder. For optimal performance, we recommend tightening the nut with a torque wrench.
For disassembly, unscrew the nut from the toolholder, then press on the face of the collet while simultaneously pushing sideways on the back of the collet opposite the mark until it disengages from the clamping nut.
