You're looking at a wiring harness rated from 300V to 600V depending on insulation you pick—PVC, PE, XLPE, TPE, or PTFE—and that tempearture range goes form -65°C all the way up to +250°C, which is pretty much where PTFE shines for high-heat industrial gear.
We've got pure copper wire as standdard, and it come with UL, CE, and VDE certifications, so you're not guessing on quailty. Most buyers go with XLPE for solar setups because of that it handles UV exposure better than PVC, but we can swap insulations base on your enviroment.
The connectors we offer include JAE, TE, AMP, JST, Anders, and Ambofu—though we usually have stock on TE and AMP, so lead time for those is about 5-10 days; custom JAE connectors might push it to 15 days or so.
An MOQ of 200 pieces is in place, and that's per design—so if you need a batch of 50 for prototype testing, we can sometimes split that (check with us first, though). It's not suited for high-volume consumer appliance runs where you'd want a simpler harness with no connector variability.
Our wire handling is done under IATF16949 and ISO9001, so the crimp tolerances are tighter than what you'd get from a general electronics shop—good for EV battery packs where vibration resistance matters. What it does is pass conduction and hole position tests, but honestly, we don't always have COA on hand unless you request it upfront.
Anyway, for solar or industrial gear, the 10mm² cross-section is what we see most often, but we can go smaller or larger depending on your current draw—just note that voltage rating drops with thinner insulation.
