We run every batch through a full electrical test sequence before it leaves the floor—contact resistance below 20mΩ and insulation resistance above 1000MΩ are checked on each unit, not sampled, and if a single connector fails the 50A DC load test, the entire lot gets flagged for retest.
The pure copper conductor handles 600V DC with a temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, and we see about 0.3% failure rate on the 6 AWG option after 1,000 mating cycles—better than most generic supliers who skip the 100% continuity check.
So for automotive or industrial setups where you're pulling 50A through a 2-way Anderson, this is basically a drop-in replacement for OEM harnesses, but it's not suited for high-vibration environments without additional strain relief—that’s a real limitation we don’t spin.
You’ll get a COA with every order, and we usually have stock on 10 AWG and 12 AWG within 5 days or so, but the 6 AWG variant might need 2-3 weeks lead time (check before ordering if you’re on a tight schedule).
We’ve had buyers in battery pack assembly request the UL and VDE certs for their own compliance audits, and teh TS16949 stamp means our process controls are tighter than what you’d find from a non-certified shop—batch consistency is pretty much locked in.
Anyway, MOQ is 100 pieces for custom lengths, but if you need 50 units or so of a standdard gauge, our company can usually swing it without a minimum surcharge—just don’t expect the same pricing as a full 1,000-piece run.

We pack them in sealed polyethylene bags, then into sturdy cardboard cartons, with foam or bubble wrap for extra protection if needed.
