For OEM builds where you're wiring control boxes or small appliances, this flat cable saves space and routes cleaner than round stuff — we ship it wound on 100-meter or 305-meter rolls, and MOQ is usually one roll per core count.
Basically it's a stranded copper conductor (tinned or bare, your call) wrapped in PVC insulation and a PVC sheath, good for 300V at 80°C continuous. It passes the UL VW-1 flame test, so it's fine for internal runs where fire spread matters. You're looking at 2 to 5 cores in a flat profile, and we've got custom colors if you need to match harnesses or just want something that's not black.
The flame test isn't just paperwork — we've had these cables handle brief overloads without catching, which matters more than the spec sheet suggests. One thing: it's designed for internal wiring only, not for continuous flexing or outdoor exposure, so don't try to use it as a pendant cable or extension cord.
When you order, you get a roll with a COA form our in-house lab stating conductor resistnce and insulation thickness (typically ±0.05mm on the wall). Standdard colors are black, white, and red for sheath, but if you need a specific Pantone, give us the number and lead time goes to about 15 working days or so — we do free sample rolls for conventional specs to check fit.
Also, the 305-meter roll is better value per meter than teh 100-meter (roughly 15% cheaper per unit), but if you're prototyping or need short runs, the smaller roll is easier to handle. We usually have stock on 2-core and 3-core black in the 100-meter format, but confirm lead time for 4-core or custom colors.
We don't have a strict MOQ for this cable. For standard colors and 2–5 cores, we can accommodate small trial orders. Custom specs or colors may require a larger quantity, but we'll work with you.
Yes, we include a certificate of conformity for UL, VDE, and RoHS with every batch. ISO9001 and CCC documents are also available on request.
