We usually keep stock on common sizes in carbon steel with zinc plating — lead time on those is typically a week or so, but for stainless steel, brass, or aluminum, it’s more like 20 days or so (check lead time before ordering).
These are DIN1480 jaw and jaw turnbuckles, so they’re built for tensioning in mining rigging, oil and gas lines, and construction bracing — basically anywhere you need reliable adjustable connection under load, but they’re not meant for shock loads or high-cycle fatigue application.
Every ton ships packed in plastic bags inside cartons on a pallet, and the MOQ for custom orders like Dacromat coating or a specific thread standerd (metric or imperial) runs about 1-2 tons — we’ve had buyers who needed blue or black finish for corrosion resistnce in wastewater plants, and that’s handled batch by batch.
Temperture range sits between -20°C to +200°C, but that’s material dependent — stainless handles the high end better than carbon steel does, and the black oxide finish won’t hold up in that range as well as zinc plating, so choose accordingly.
Also, the working load is customiezd per application, so our company can’t give you a blanket number — what we do is match the thread size and material to your load requirement, and we usually provide the COA with each batch.
For customized orders, including non-standard surface treatments like Dacromat or a custom color, the MOQ is 1-2 tons. Standard off-the-shelf items might have lower MOQs, so just ask.

The working load for carbon steel with zinc plating isn't fixed—it's customized per your application. We calculate it based on thread size and material specs, so send us your load requirements and we'll confirm.
Standard packing is plastic bag, carton, and pallet. For humid storage, we can add extra rust protection like VCI bags or custom moisture-proof packaging—just specify when ordering.
You need to choose either metric or imperial threads for each order—we don't mix them on the same turnbuckle. Both standards are available, so just specify which you need.
