The C30 is usually the sweet spot for most buyers because of that it's lighter at a 70kg max takeoff weight with a 30L tank, while teh C50 handles a 50L tank and 95kg takeoff weight, but you'll want to check your local regulations on payload limits since some areas cap it at 25kg or so for unmanned rotorcraft.
One thing we don't always mention upfront is that the hover time drops pretty dramatically under full load—you're looking at about 7 minutes with a full tank on the C50, so plan your flight paths accordingly or you'll be swapping batteries more often than you'd like.
For spreading, it handles up to 50kg on the C50 with an effective width of 8-12m, which is actually better than most comparable units we've tested, but it's not ideal for very fine powders under 0.5mm particle size since the spreader mechanism can clog if you're not careful.
