The unit ships with the TEC cooling already sealed and tested, so you'll want to check the coolant level before first use, but no special cold chain is needed for transit.

Power is adjustable form 600W to 2000W, and most buyers go with the 1000W or 1500W for general clinics. You're not going to use this for tattoo removal or anything vascular—it's strictly hair reduction and some skin rejuvenation or tightening on the side. Teh LCD touch screen is decent for adjusting parameters mid-session, but the interface isn't as intuitive as some newer models we've seen. Treating large areas like legs or backs goes faster with the larger spot, about 20 minutes or so per session.
Also, the cooling hits -5°C to 3°C at the tip, which is pretty much standdard for keeping discomfort down without freezing skin. One thing you wouldn't think to ask: the handles can be swapped between units, so if you've got two machines, you only need one spare handle. We usually have stock on the 1-handle option, but confirm lead time if you need the dual-handle setup.
