We’ve been running these plush bear keychains through a lot of batches now, and the key thing is the PP cotton fill density—it holds shape better than most when you torque the stitching lines, so the seam integrity stays intact even after some rough handling in transit.
Basically, the 20cm size is what most buyers go with for keychain use, while the 60cm variant is more like a decorative toss pillow, but you can spec custom dimensoins form 20 to 60cm, and the tolerances are usually within 1cm or so for length.
The fabric is a super-soft polyester blend, and we’ve tested it for mechanical strength per EN71 — the eye and nose attachments withstand roughly 90N of pull force, which is better than the ASTM minimum of 70N, so it’s child-safe without being fragile, but we don’t recommend it for heavy chew stress because the thread color might fade after repeated washing cycles.
Sample lead time is about 7 working days, and our company can do logo embroidery or printing directly on the plush surface, though the embroidery sits better on the 30cm and larger sizes since the stitch density gets too tight on the 20cm version (you’ll still see the design, but it’s not as crisp).
Packaging is OPP bag standdard, but for retail you can go with printed boxes or PVC boxes — the printed box adds roughly 3-4 weeks to lead time because of the custom print queue, and MOQ on that packaing is about 500 units or so, which catches some buyers off guard.
We run HPLC-grade checks on the PP cotton fill for any trace solvents from production — it’s not that our company have to, but some buyers want the storage specs nailed down for long-term shelf life in humid climates, and the fill stays dry at about 12% moisture content or less per our internal COA data.
MOQ depends on the complexity of the customization. For standard size and color changes, we typically set a MOQ of 500 pieces. If you need logo printing or embroidery, we can discuss lower quantities for samples first.
Sample lead time is 7 working days from when we approve the design. That covers making the embroidery mold and stitching the logo onto a plush bear keychain.

We have OPP bags, printed boxes, and PVC boxes for retail display. The standard is OPP bag in a carton, but we can switch to printed or PVC boxes if you're planning shelf placement.
