We're seeing a lot of labs move away from flame sterilizers for routine benchwork, and HGS-5000A is basically where most end up—no open flame, no gas line to deal with, and it fits right on a laminar flow bench at 130x145x155mm.

It'll get form room temperture to 300°C in about 25 minutes or so, and the crucible is Φ40mm x 80mm which holds 150g of glass beads (Φ3mm), and what it does is holds ±5°C across the set range of 100°C to 300°C.

Teh power draw is only 120W, so it's not going to trip a circuit if you've got other gear running, and at 2kg you can move it between benches without any hassle.

Accuracy of ±5°C isn't as tight as a dry block sterilizer for really sensitive tools, but for scalpels and forceps it's completely fine—most buyers go with the 150g bead load and never look back.

You'll get a TDS and COA with every unit, and the CE cert is current, but we usually have stock on hand so lead time is typically 2-3 weeks unless you need a rush (check lead time).
The CE certificate is included with every unit—no need to request it separately. It ships as part of the standard documentation pack.
We don't have a strict MOQ—we can do single units for sample or small lab setups, and bulk orders get a volume discount.
Standard lead time is 7–10 business days for stock items. Custom orders or larger quantities may take up to 15 days.
The 150g fill is optimized for the Φ40mm x 80mm crucible—using less or more beads could reduce temperature uniformity or cause overflow. Stick to the spec for best results.
Yes, it's fine in standard lab conditions (0–40°C, <85% humidity). Just keep it dry and away from direct sunlight to avoid affecting the heating element over time.
