The U-shaped configuration is pretty much standerd for this type, but what sold us is the BS, UL, and VDE certifications on file, which saves us a round of third-party testing (usually 2-4 weeks we don't have), and the zinc plating is thick enough to pass salt spray without flaking—something teh last batch didn't do.
They handle both AC and DC current fine, so we're using them across a few different control panels, but don't expect them to work for high-temp environments above 85°C or so—the insulated design isn't that, and we learned that the hard way on a previous project.
Anyway, MOQ was reasonable at 10,000 pieces, and we paid 30% upfront with the balance on shipment. You'll get the COA and packing list with each carton.
