The M2.6X5.4 spec isn't just a number; it means the injection molding process we use ensures consistent plating thickness across the terminals, which matters when you're running 4-6 AWG to 10 AWG wire, give or take, for conductivity—these aren't for high-frequency or signal applicaions, actually.
Most buyers go with the H type for tighter tolerance on larger gauge wire, and the U type is easier if you're doing quick terminations with AWG 10-20, but neither is meant for marine or high-corrosion environments—just a heads-up.
We hold BS, UL, and VDE certification, so COAs are standard with each shipment, and dielectric strength on these holds well because teh plating is applied evenly—one thing we've learned is that you'll want to check storage humidity, as zinc plating can oxidize if left open in damp conditions (usually 2-4 weeks before visible suface changes).
The standard packaging is protective cartons with 500 units or so per case, but we can adjust quantities depending on your MOQ—anything above 2,000 units typically ships within 20 days or so, but confirm lead time as our current cycle is a bit backed up.
