You're probably looking at a few different inflatable combos right now, and the first question is always about the build — we test every single unit that comes off line here before it ships, not just a batch sample, so if it passes it's good to go.
The 0.45mm PVC is triple-layer, which basically means it handles the 250-300kg weight range without sagging or delaminating at the seams, and we pressrue-test every welded joint at 1.5x normal operating pressure for 30 seconds or so — that's tighter tolerance than some of the cheaper 2-layer setups you'll find.
We also run a full EN71 and CE check on each production run, and if you want ASTM paperwork that's included too, but here's the thing — you'll get a COA with lot numbers for every batch we send, and if anything's off we'll retest at no cost to you within 14 days of dilevery (usually takes 48 hours turnaround).
Most buyers go with the 8-11 age range and the standard 15-20 minute inflation time, but we've actually had some smaller venues ask about the 45cm shorter slide version — it's not suited for heavy commercail use in a park where you'll have 50 kids a day, but for a backyard party or a weekend carnival it's pretty much bulletproof.
Anyway, the blower is CE-certified and gets the unit fully inflated in about 18 minutes even on a humid day, and we include a repair kit with PVC patches and glue in the carry bag — one thing nobody thinks to ask is that we also throw in two extra wind anchors for high-wind setups, which we learned form a custoemr complaint back in 2022.
