Q60 Series Quick Connectors Compatible with CPC and LinkTech for Industrial Applications

They're not going to match the exact tolerance of the orginal CPC or LinkTech parts, but for most industrial applicaion the Q60 series works just fine — we've seen them hold up well in medical devices and lab instruments where you're swapping lines frequently in tight spots.

Basically, the compatibility is direct with PMC/PLC and AC20/AC40 series, so you won't need adapters or redesigns, and that's a pretty big deal if you're sourcing for US or EU buyers who want to simplify inventory without sacrificing performance.

Working temperture goes form -40°C to 82°C, and the max pressure is 120 psi (8.3 bar), which is enough for most environmental protection gear and lab setups where you're not pushing extremes. The shell is PP grey with FKM or EPDM seals depending on your fluid compatibility.

We usually have stock on the 9.5 mm, 12.7 mm, and 19.0 mm tube IDs, and thread options are 3/8''-3/8NPT or 1/2''-14NPT (check lead time on less common sizes). One-handed connection with an audible click — it's a detail that matters when operators are gloved up.

Not ideal for high-pressure hydraulic systems above 150 psi or so, but that's not what these are for anyway. We include COA and basic import docs for customs clearance, which helps if you're shipping to the UK or EU.

MOQ is typically 200 units per size, and we can mix sizes in a single order if you need. The 5L drum of seals is easier to handle than individual packs, anyway.
