cast iron housing is what we actually went with for our heavy-duty stuff, gives better heat dissipation than aluminum in most cases, and the copper winding is pretty much standard for us but it's good to see it confirmed. Insulation class can go from E to H, so for our higher-temp environments we'll just specify H, and you can get protection up to IP66 if you need washdown capability, though we usually stick with IP55.
Voltage options from 220V to 660V and dual-frequency 50Hz/60Hz support means we don't have to worry about export orders either. Speed range is 740-2800 rpm on the 4-pole design, which is typical for asynchronous motors. Ambient temp range of -15°C to +40°C is fine for our shop floor, though if you're running them in a foundry you'll want to check the de-rating.
Also, these are IE3 and IE2 rated—we're going with IE3 because of that it's basically mandatory now for new installs in our region, and the efficieny savings add up over a year or so.
