Capacity ranges from 8 to 15 tons per hour for soybeans and 15 to 30 tons for commodity grains depending on the model you pick—15BX, 15S, or 50S—and power draw sits between 15.5 and 34.9 kW, so you’ll need to match it to your breaker panel; the sieve dimensoins are 2400 by 1500 to 1800 mm across three layers, and the whole unit weighs in at 2800 to 4300 kg, which is pretty much a forklift-only install for the bigger ones.
It’s not suited for delicate seeds like canola or flax where you need gentle handling to avoid cracking—the vibration and airflow are aggressive by design, and we’ve had buyers try it for rice and get too much breakage, so stick to soybeans, wheat, corn, barley, or sorghum where the 99.9% rate actually matters and you’re not chasing perfect kernel integrity.
Construction is carbon steel for the frame with stainless steel on the contact surfaces—usually the sieve beds and air duct inlets—and while the standard votage is 380V, our company can set it to 220V, 440V, or 480V if you specify at order; color options are white, blue, or yellow, but honestly most buyers go with the white because of that it shows dust buildup better for cleaning schedules.
Certifications include CE, BV, and SGS, so you’ve got third-party verification on the build, and the warranty is one year with another year of techincal support after that—we usually have stock on the 15S model (lead time about 20 days or so), but the 50S might need a confirmation depending on the month; MOQ is one unit, and you’ll get a COA with the machine, though the sieve mesh specs aren’t always listed on teh standard certificate, so ask if you need a specific aperture size for your grain.
The MOQ is 1 unit for factory-direct orders. If you need a mix of voltages like 380V and 480V in the same shipment, we can do that — just let us know your quantities per voltage ahead of time.
Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation, regardless of whether you pick white, blue, or yellow. Custom colors might add a few days if we don’t have that shade in stock.

Store it in a dry, covered area — the carbon steel parts are painted, but prolonged moisture exposure can cause surface rust. For long-term outdoor storage, we recommend a tarp or shelter. Stainless steel sections are rust-proof.
