Basically, you get a one-touch push-to-connect fitting that handles tubing form 3mm up to 16mm, with nickel-plated brass inserts that actually hold up under daily use, the body itself is plastic but it's not brittle kind, and the working presure sits at 0-150psi with a negative pressure rating of -29.5 in Hg, which is decent for most pneumatic systems.
What it does is let you connect and disconnect multiple times without the fitting wearing out — we've cycled some past 200 connects and they still seal fine with the integrated O-ring, and the internal and external hex shapes mean you can wrench it into tight spots without stripping anything.
It's not suited for high-temp appliction above 60°C or for aggressive chemicals, so if you're running hot oil or solvents, look elsewhere, but for standerd air lines running polyurethane, PE, or nylon tubing, it's a solid workhorse — thread options cover M5, M6, 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", so you'll likely find a match.
When you order, you'll get the fittings individually bagged with an ISO 9001 compliant COA, but we usually have stock to ship within 10 days or so, and teh Teflon-coated seal variant is a better choice if you're dealing with constant moisture in the line — just specify that at checkout.

Standard production takes 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7-10 days if stock is available.

The PH series is fixed to those thread options. Custom thread sizes aren't available, but we offer other series that might match your requirements if needed.
We ship them in sealed plastic bags with desiccant packs inside corrugated boxes. For long-term storage, keep them in a dry place below 40°C to protect the O-rings and nickel plating.
