The PLJ series pneumatic quick connect fittings provide reliable one-touch connections for air pressure piping systems. These fittings are specifically designed for use with polyurethane and nylon tubing, offering quick and secure connections in various industrial applications.
Key features include a convenient one-action insertion mechanism that allows for easy tube connection and release. The fittings are constructed from durable nickel-plated brass for corrosion resistance and long service life. The PLJ fittings are available in multiple configurations including PC type with interior/exterior hexagonal shapes and PL/PT types with rotating structures for efficient piping. The screw sections feature either O-ring or Teflon coating for enhanced sealing performance.
These pneumatic connectors support operating pressures up to 150 psi (8 bar) and can withstand temperatures from 0°C to 60°C. They are compatible with negative pressure applications down to -29.5 in Hg. The fittings meet CE and ISO standards for quality assurance.
With over 60 different models available in both metric and imperial sizes, the PLJ series offers solutions for various tubing requirements. Common sizes include 4mm (5/32"), 6mm (3/16"), 8mm (1/4"), 10mm (5/16"), 12mm (3/8"), and 16mm (1/2") configurations.
